Google Plus Circles are so far among the most popular features Google Plus boasts – something that deserves our undivided attention as defined in this Google Plus social Tutorial.
It’s similar to Facebook or Twitter lists, merely a lot more manageable and cool to play with.
Let’s take a glimpse into some of the most important traits of Google Plus circles:
1. It is easy to add a similar man or woman to as many circles as you’d prefer.
2. Circle names are solely shown to you.
3. Drag and drop people’s names to add them to a circle.
4. To name a new circle, click on “Create Circle“.
5. Circles will display the number of people you {have|put|added) in them.
6. You can’t add the same man or woman to the same circle twice.
7. If the same particular person is in several circles, they’ll see your shares only one time.
8. To see what circle a person is in, mouse over their profile picture.
9. To rename a circle, click on it, then click Rename next to the circle title.
10. It is easy to also add a description below the circle title.
11. To get rid of somebody from a circle, click on that particular person’s name and click on “Remove” in the top corner of the circle editor.
12. To remove a circle, click on it and pick Remove this circle at the end of the pop up box.
13. Google Plus doesn’t call for mutual friend approval like Facebook does.
14. Your extended circles are the circles’ circles.
15. You can’t add more than 5,000 people in ALL the circles.
16. It is easy to add the Gmail and Yahoo! contacts to the circles.
17. It is easy to export the Facebook friends to Yahoo! and then import them to Google Plus.
18. If you start the title of a circle with “*”, it’ll move to the top of the circles list on the left-hand side of the stream.
And there you have it.
